  I was totally satisfied with the customer service I received from Lajuana. She really went out her way to help me. She helped me resolve my issues in a timely manner. She went above and beyond her duty to give me excellent customer service. I would gladly do business with her again.

  My experience with Augusta Partners has improved dramatically since I've been working with LaJuana Marshall as the Property Coordinator. I was about to find a new property manager. She is very professional and follows up in a timely manner, keeps you informed about everything with your property. She is truly a great property manager.

  This company is a freaking joke,, the customer service rep. Who rarely answers the phone, needs some serious training, she was extremely rude to me and my wife . . Telling my wife i don't know, can't help you, just look on the Web site. Blah blah blah.. no!! if someone calls and ask about a property your employees should answer any question they have moreover be polite and respectful to them.. and paying a $1 to view any house that to is a joke and a scam. I payed a dollar to veiw the home on fairfax followed every instruction. Was suppose to get a code to self tour, but insread I flushed my money down the drain because come to fine out your representative said that didn't apply to that house could only be view by an agent.. so what the heck did I pay a dollar for.. I wouldn't recommend even wasting your time with this place...
